Macros, from simple to advanced:
With macros, you can record and playback your most common editing tasks. Playing back a macro initiates the series of recorded commands, which reduces the number of keystrokes required to perform a task or process. You can set up a macro to change a Witness designation to an Answer designation and vice versa without having to retype “THE WITNESS,” and you can even set up a macro to insert a title page, certificate page, and then return to your current location in the job all with the press of one key.
