Do you offer remote training?

Yes. I offer remote training via TeamViewer (free download), in conjunction with Zoom/phone.

Do you offer in-person training? 

For large group trainings only of 10 or more attendees at this time.

What is your hourly rate?

$95 for 50 minutes of one-on-one training, $190 for 1 hour 50 minutes of one-on-one training. Please inquire about pair and group rates. (Rates subject to change.)

How long are the training sessions?

Most people who are already familiar with the software benefit from ~2-hour training blocks.

What is your cancellation/refund policy? 

Your deposit of $40 is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

I have an older version of the software. Can I still receive training? 

Yes, with certain limitations. You won’t be able to take full advantage of the new features of the software if you have an older version.
